Santimer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University. She is dedicated to her clients. She provides quality compassionate care. Santimer is bilingual in Spanish. She has worked with a diverse population and is committed to delivering highly effective ABA services that lead to successful outcomes. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places.

Nicole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  She completed her Bachelors Degree at the University of Saint Joseph, with a major in Special Education. She then pursued her Masters in Teaching and Applied Behavior Analysis. Nicole taught in an Autism Specific Classroom for 10 years prior to continuing her career as a BCBA. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for the Waterbury Special Olympics and spending time with her family!

Marisa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She completed her
Bachelors at Western CT State University with a major in Psychology.
Marisa worked in an ABA classroom in the public schools for 4 years.
She then pursued her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at
Western CT State University. Marisa worked as a BCBA in the public
school setting for 3 years working with ages 3-18. Overall, she has 8
years of experience in the field. In her free time, Marisa enjoys
traveling with her dog and husband, reading, and exercising.

Carmen is pursuing her Bachelors in Business Administration at Southern CT State University. She has 3 years of childcare experience and previously supported the administrative section for a nonprofit organization that supports children and their families in reunification. She has a passion for learning and assisting where she is needed. During her free time, she enjoys finding new places to explore with her friends and family.

Edward is a Lead RBT and trainer at our Watertown location. He earned his bachelors degree from Montserrat College of Art in Beverly Massachusetts. After college he worked as a freelance artist and substitute teacher. He ran children’s after school programs for the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury and held classes at The Museum of American Art in New Britain. His love for education, culture and community lead him to the field of ABA. He is passionate about human rights and equality for all. In his spare time he enjoys film photography with vintage cameras and spending time with his wife and their two children.

Olivia is a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician, specializing in staff training and development. With hands-on experience working with children aged 2-10 in both school and clinic settings, Olivia brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University. Currently, Olivia is pursuing her career goal of becoming a Behavior Analyst, honing her skills and expertise at Behavior Blocks. Oliviais committed to providing high-quality care and being aware of the latest research to meet her clients' needs. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and conducting translational research in ABA.

Estefany ia a Lead BT and trainer at our Waterbury location. She completed her bachelor degree in nursing in the Dominican Republic. She has over 4 years of experience caring for adults and children of abilities. She obtained a second degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is a mother of two children and in her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking and enjoy reading a good book.
